These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.georgepatrickdesign.com and any related webpages operated by George Patrick Design Inc., doing business as George Patrick ("George Patrick," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

This website presents information about George Patrick, our bespoke services, craftsmanship, collections, collaborations, and related work. 

The website is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. It is not an e-commerce website, and nothing displayed on it constitutes a binding offer, quotation, contract, or guarantee of availability, pricing, completion date, delivery date, fabric, material, fit, or result. 

Submitting an inquiry, requesting an appointment, or communicating with us through the website does not create a client relationship or obligate George Patrick to accept a commission. 

Every George Patrick commission is individually evaluated and accepted. 

Bespoke services, made-to-measure garments, made-to-order products, alterations, accessories, footwear, and other purchases are governed by the applicable proposal, measurement record, order confirmation, invoice, deposit terms, or separate written agreement provided to the client. 

If these Terms conflict with a written agreement, proposal, order confirmation, or invoice issued for a particular commission, the terms of that specific document will govern that commission. 

Prices, estimated timelines, fabrics, materials, construction methods, and availability may change without notice. Any price or description appearing on this website is illustrative unless George Patrick confirms it in writing for a specific order. 

A commission is not accepted and production will not begin until George Patrick confirms the order and any required deposit or payment has been received. 

You may use the website to request information or an appointment. Appointment requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive confirmation directly from George Patrick. 

You agree that the information you provide through the website will be accurate and that you will not impersonate another person or provide misleading contact information.

Please do not submit confidential financial information, payment-card information, medical information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive personal information through a general website inquiry form. 

The website and its contents are owned by or licensed to George Patrick and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade-dress, and other intellectual-property laws.

Protected content includes, without limitation: 

- The George Patrick name, logo, branding, and visual identity 
- Original garment designs and design details 
- Couture and bespoke concepts 
- Sketches, illustrations, technical drawings, and renderings

You may view the website for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, download, publish, distribute, modify, display, transmit, sell, license, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any website content without our prior written permission. 

You may not use George Patrick content to reproduce garments, develop competing products, train or develop artificial-intelligence systems, create unauthorized digital or physical reproductions, or suggest an affiliation with or endorsement by George Patrick. 

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to use any George Patrick trademark, design, image, or other intellectual property except for the limited right to view the website. 

If you voluntarily send us comments, suggestions, references, inspiration images, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to provide them and that doing so does not violate another person's rights. 

Materials supplied by an actual or prospective client for a private commission will be handled in connection with that inquiry or commission and will not become George Patrick's property merely because they were submitted. 

If you provide general ideas, comments, or feedback about our website or services without an express confidentiality agreement, we may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you. 

Submitting unsolicited materials does not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or other special relationship. 

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. 

You may not: 

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or related systems - Introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material 
- Interfere with the website's operation or security
- Scrape, harvest, index, or systematically extract website content or data

We make reasonable efforts to present the website accurately. However, website content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or differences in color and appearance caused by photography, lighting, display settings, or digital rendering.

When you contact us through the website or provide an email address or telephone number, you consent to receive communications relating to your inquiry, appointment, commission, or existing client relationship.

We will send promotional emails or text messages only as permitted by applicable law. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the instructions included in the message. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending communications necessary to respond to an inquiry or manage an existing commission. 

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

GEORGE PATRICK DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES RELATING TO THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND SECURITY. 

‍Nothing in this section limits any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any terms applicable to a particular bespoke commission or purchase will be stated in the documents governing that commission or purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless George Patrick and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

George Patrick operates this website from the United States. We do not represent that the website or its content is appropriate or legally available in every jurisdiction. 

If you access the website from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

These Terms and any dispute arising solely from the website or its use will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. 

Any legal action relating to these Terms or the website must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. 

This section does not replace any governing-law, venue, or dispute-resolution provision contained in a separate agreement governing a client commission or purchase.

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes to the website, our practices, or applicable law. 

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and George Patrick concerning your use of the website. 

They do not replace or modify any separate proposal, invoice, order confirmation, commission agreement, confidentiality agreement, or other written agreement between you and George Patrick.
